Me & Myself

A Brief Intro

In case you do not know, my name is Adnan Quaium.

Currently I am doing my PhD research at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering  (CSE) in Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST). Before that I was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of American International University of Bangladesh (AIUB). And before that I was a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) for about two years.

I have a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science of Technical University of Delft (TUD), in The Netherlands – which means, theoretically, I am an engineer! My specialization area in MSc is the telecommunications. I completed my Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering  from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Islamic University of Technology (IUT).

Apart from that, I am a Bangladeshi and I am proud of that. I was born in Chittagong, the most beautiful city of the world. And I am a part of the most amazing family you’ve ever seen.

Well, that is all about me in a nutshell. Not bad as an intro, I think! If you are not satisfied with this brief intro and if you have time to spare then you may want to read the rest of the “Me & Myself” in the following part!

Confused? So am I! But I can assure you one thing, if you ever have an intention of meeting an actually average person who is neither apathetic nor emotional… neither brilliant nor dumb… neither obtrusive nor quiet… neither so bad nor so good… neither handsome nor a mirror-cracking material… then I am the perfect example!
